ISO 9001

Quality Management System certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ensuring full control of production processes from contract review and procurement through manufacturing, final inspection and dispatch. Process-based approach, continuous improvement and full document traceability. Certificate issued by LRQA.

Our Quality Management System is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 by LRQA, with the scope covering “manufacture of steel structures”. This certification demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Environmental Management System focused on the identification and control of environmental aspects associated with industrial operations. Commitment to pollution prevention, resource optimisation and compliance with applicable environmental regulations.

ISO 3834-2

Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials, comprehensive level (Part 2). Ensures technical control of welding processes, qualification of procedures (WPS/PQR), welder qualification and technical supervision in accordance with international standards.

With our certification in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2:2021 “Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials – Part 2: Comprehensive quality requirements” (Applus+), full control of welding processes is ensured from the outset, guaranteeing technical competence and control of critical process elements.

EN 1090 – EXC4

CE marking of steel structures in accordance with EN 1090, with Execution Class EXC4, the highest level for critical or high-responsibility structural applications. Includes Factory Production Control (FPC), material traceability, weld inspection and verification of structural conformity.

Since 2015, we have been certified in accordance with EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 “Execution of steel and aluminium structures”. Structural components (0370-CPR-2084 – Applus+).
In the past year, we have extended our execution class to EXC4, the highest level for structural applications.

Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy

IPS operates an Integrated Management System that brings together quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management under a unified framework. The Integrated Management System (IMS) policy establishes the organisation’s principles of action in terms of regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, industrial sustainability and operational excellence.
